The nose is fruity, aromatic, and perfumed, with aromas of strawberries, red cherries, violets, earth, sage, and licorice, leading into a palate with firmly gripping tannins.

Maté has a typical bouquet of wild roses and wild strawberries, together with attractive floral notes that we also find on the palate in addition to spicy and salty sensations.
