Description

100% Pinot Noir.  OKA is the name of one of the Arlaud draught horses. This cuvée is matured for 18 months with only 25% new oak. The bottling is done according to the precepts of biodynamics, according to the lunar rhythm. Intense notes of red fruits, raspberries. Great finesse in the vinification. Delicate and silky on the palate, like other wines from the Arlaud estate. The slightly acidulous red fruit notes mingle with slightly more spicy touches, white pepper, liquorice. The finish ends with a Kirche note that brings depth and drinkability.
